Ask mirroring is user-controlled per forge coordinate (off, manual or auto; admin sets it): auto mirrors only an ask whose agent-set ref is in auto mode, a manual coordinate takes only a user click (never the agent tool), every post passes the mode check plus requireForgeScope, posts as the Compass App with the owner header, and one comment per ask is edited with the answer; a lost POST response is exact on Linear (client comment id) and at-least-once on GitHub (a hidden row marker, a 2-minute settle wait, and duplicate cleanup)
